Renae Trimble holds the key role of Chief Commercial Officer for Accor hotels in the Pacific region and is responsible for driving commercial performance and strategy for the group.
In her role of Chief Commercial Officer, Renae oversees a team responsible across sales, loyalty, digital, marketing, revenue, distribution across the Pacific, and is charged with driving Accor’s overall business strategies and initiatives.
Renae joined Accor in 2008 and has held numerous senior executive roles in the organisation, in Accor’s regional operations & Accor’s central team – including Sales, Loyalty, Digital & Marketing. A key highlight for Renae was the involvement in 2 major acquisition integrations of Mirvac in 2012 and Mantra in 2019. In addition Renae has lead the growth of Accor Loyalty program in the Pacific from 700K to 5M members today across the Pacific.
In 2019, Renae lead the launch of Accor’s new lifestyle loyalty programme, ALL (Accor Live Limitless). The digital platform provides members with incredible experiences that go beyond the hotel stay and enable members to enjoy experiences, encounters and events that money simply can’t buy.
Partnerships remain a key priority for the team in the Pacific and with Renae’s leadership, Accor has inked high profile deals with the likes of Qantas Loyalty, Sunrise, Qudos Bank Arena, NRL, AFL, Tennis Australia to name a few.
Renae was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in 2020 following a Global re organisation of the company.
